In 2018, MTR is working on a series of service enhancement project to enhance passengers experience. You might recall TeLi helped explain the technology behind additional train trips back in March. You might also realize that such service enhancement has been benefiting passengers starting from 7 April.

It was a beautiful spring day, our TeLi production crew are working on the filming of the final episode on telecommunication with representatives from MTR in the Ho Man Tin Station. From Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) to Unified Passenger Information Platform (UPIP), the final episode of the upcoming MOOC will explain how passengers will benefit from service enhancement through technology advancement.
