Whether it’s compulsory courses from ten of the HKU faculties, multidiscipline courses as offered by Common Core, or project based learning opportunities as offered by the HKU Horizons office, HKU strive to “provide a comprehensive education, benchmarked against the highest international standards, designed to develop fully the intellectual and personal strengths of its students, while extending lifelong learning opportunities for the community.”

In the Convocation Room today, Professor Ian Holliday welcomed 2-30 student participants of the Wu Zhi Qiao (Bridge to China) Programme with an introduction speech in its orientation day. Followed by an information session in getting our students well prepared before heading to China to begin their learning journey, our TeLi film crew recorded the event to be distributed to all of the 40 participants.
