 In eNews Features

The Responsive4U project is the General Education Course Content Sharing Project initiated by The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), and The University of Hong Kong (HKU).

Students from these four institutions are free to take selected General Education/Common Core courses in the other partner universities and the earned course credits will be transferred back to their home institutions.

There are a total of ten blended learning mode courses offered for enrolment in this academic year: seven from HKU, one from CUHK, PolyU and HKUST respectively. In the second semester, HKU is offering four courses to partner institutions, namely CCGL9001 Hong Kong Cinema Through a Global Lens, CCHU9001 Designs on the Future: Sustainability of the Built Environment, CCST9010 The Science of Crime Investigation and CCST9015 Electronic Technologies in Everyday Life.

This content sharing project aims to offer a new and enjoyable learning experience to students from different institutions and develop a transparent and trustworthy credit transfer mechanism amongst local institutions. For more information about the project, you may visit the project’s main page.
