How to get your own DNA for genome analysis? TELI team helped film the process from swirling 10ml of saline in one’s mouth to polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The instructional video will be put online for students, who are enrolled in a cell biology course offered by the Faculty of Science, to learn the steps involved, before they go to the lab to do the experiment.
